A spiced rum from Jamaica Cove, made in the Jamaican tradition and infused with spices and banana. It has an intense amber colour from ageing in wooden casks. The nose brings ripe banana with cinnamon, clove and a touch of vanilla. On the palate it is soft and full-bodied, with balanced fruit and a lightly smoky savouriness. It can be enjoyed neat or used in cocktails.
