A spiced rum from Jamaica Cove, made with Jamaican sugar cane and an exotic touch of pineapple. Traditional Jamaican methods are used, with warm black spice notes and a pronounced tropical fruit character. The nose shows sweet ripe pineapple balanced by peppery notes and clove; the palate is soft and round, balancing natural fruit sweetness with spice savouriness, with a persistent finish recalling vanilla and caramel. Serve over ice or in exotic cocktails.
