A 10 year old Speyside single malt selected by the independent bottler James Eadie, in a 70cl bottle at 48.3% ABV.
It was matured in oak and then finished in European oak and Oloroso sherry hogsheads.
The nose has sultanas, dried fruit and soft vanilla, with hints of cinnamon and citrus zest. The palate brings honeyed malt, dark chocolate and spiced oak, balanced by orchard fruit and sherry sweetness. The finish is long and warming, with toasted nuts and gentle spice.
