Jefferson's Ocean Aged at Sea Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 59.8%)

Jefferson's Ocean Aged at Sea is a straight bourbon whiskey in a 75cl bottle, bottled at 59.8% ABV. Older bourbon barrels are taken on a voyage around the world, stopping on five continents and crossing the equator four times. In the glass it is a medium honey brown. The nose combines floral notes with salted caramel, along with a soft saltiness and light smoke. The palate opens with floral and citrus notes and a little black pepper, then sweetens as caramel takes over, with the salt and smoke still present. The finish is light and dry, with oak alongside the caramel.
