Jefferson's Ocean Aged at Sea Voyage 26 is a Double Barrel rye whiskey bottled at 48% ABV in a 75cl bottle, without chill filtration. It was aged in both new charred and toasted barrels, then placed on ships that travel the seas to five continents.
Toasted marshmallow, syrup and spice lead on the nose. The palate brings toffee and vanilla with hints of leather, and the finish runs to spice, cinnamon and sea salt.
