This is Voyage 25 of Jefferson's Ocean Aged at Sea series, a wheated bourbon and the only one of its kind in the Jefferson's range.
The nose brings cinnamon buns, orange zest, burnt sugar and marshmallow. On the palate the flavours are thick and rich, with salted caramel, figs and chocolate fudge leading to a playful finish touched by sweet mint.
