Jefferson's Reserve Bourbon

Jefferson's Reserve is a bourbon that began with a 15-year-old bourbon found in 1997, which the makers felt was rich and complex enough to bring to market. In 2003 they began marrying other bourbons with that original. The blend still uses over 50% of the original mash bill, with up to three more bourbons added for extra flavour and complexity. It is described as a big bourbon with plenty of flavour up front, weight mid palate and a deep finish.
