Jefferson's Very Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 41.1%)

Jefferson's Very Small Batch is a blended bourbon bottled at 41.15% abv (82.3 proof) in a 750ml bottle. It combines the base Jefferson's bourbon with three other hand-selected straight bourbons, each with its own mash bill and age. Building each batch this way keeps the quality consistent while letting subtle differences show from one batch to the next. It is described as approachable and smooth, suited to drinking neat or in a cocktail. The nose is brown sugar with a hint of citrus. The palate brings vanilla, peach and toffee, followed by a delicate, warm finish with honey.
