Jefferson's Very Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 41.1%)

Jefferson's Very Small Batch is a bourbon in a 750ml bottle at 41.15% abv (82.3 proof). It blends the base Jefferson's bourbon with three additional hand-selected straight bourbons, each with a different mash bill and age. Blending them gives consistent character from batch to batch while letting finer nuances come through. It is described as smooth and approachable, suited to drinking neat or in a cocktail. The nose is brown sugar with a hint of citrus, the palate vanilla, peaches and toffee, and the finish delicate and warm with honey.
