Old No. 15 is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Jim Beam, matured in charred oak barrels and bottled at 37% in a 1L bottle.
Deep amber in colour, it has aromas of wet earth, vanilla, under-ripe banana and toffee. The palate is fairly full-bodied and creamy, with plenty of cinnamon and roasted nut flavours and medium heat. The finish is long, spicy and peppery.
