Jim Beam Original is a medium-bodied bourbon aged for four years in new charred oak barrels, in a 1.75 litre bottle.
In 2005 Frederick Booker Noe III, great-grandson of Jim Beam, filled the 10 millionth barrel of Jim Beam. The family tradition of master distillers now runs to seven generations.
A slightly spicy, oaky vanilla nose leads to mellow caramel, vanilla, grain and oak, and a lightly sweet, toasted oak finish.
