John Walker & Sons King George V Year Of The Rabbit is a blended Scotch whisky in a limited-edition design by fashion designer Angel Chen, made to mark the Chinese New Year.
It draws on casks that include whisky from the closed Port Ellen distillery, alongside Speyside and Highland whiskies.
The nose is sweet and smoky, with orange, raisins, figs and cinnamon. The palate is spiced, with dried fruits, vanilla, dark chocolate, toffee and roast nuts. A coastal smokiness gathers through the long finish.
