Johnnie Walker Blue Label Elusive Umami (70cl)

Elusive Umami is a limited edition blended Scotch whisky from Johnnie Walker Blue Label, in a 70cl bottle. It takes its inspiration from umami, a flavour profile that is notoriously hard to define. The blend is a partnership between chef Kei Kobayashi and Johnnie Walker Master Blender Emma Walker. They chose the component whiskies as though they were ingredients, looking for everything from salty, smoky notes to savoury, meaty flavours, and combined them to capture umami.
