Johnnie Walker Double Black is a blended Scotch whisky from John Walker & Sons, presented in a near-black bottle with gold accents. The master blenders took the Black Label blend as the starting point and added a selection of whiskies with a pronounced Islay character, alongside softer grain whiskies. The liquid is amber in colour. It is typically described as smoky and spicy, with a noticeable influence of peat in the background.
