Johnnie Walker Red Label is a blended Scotch whisky in a 750ml bottle. It brings together up to 30 malt and grain whiskies from distilleries across the Highlands, Lowlands, Speyside and Islay, and has a smoky character meant to hold its depth when mixed.
The nose is fresh, with green apple, pear and citrus zest over peat smoke and sweet malted barley. Vanilla cream and orchard fruit open the palate before baking spices, black pepper and cinnamon arrive. The finish is medium and clean, with earthy peat, warm wood spice and a little sweet malt.
