Buggy Whip is a single-grain wheat whiskey from Journeyman Distillery, made entirely from organic Michigan wheat. The distillery uses it to show the quality and terroir of the grain.
Because the mash is 100% wheat, the whiskey has a soft sweetness and a smooth texture. On the palate it is reminiscent of an Irish whiskey.
Tasting Notes
