Last Feather Rye is the flagship whiskey of Journeyman Distillery, a rye made with a high proportion of wheat. The result balances the spice of rye with the sweetness of wheat.
Its name came after the original name drew a cease and desist letter, leaving only the last feather of it. Every bottle carries an "RR" as a nod to that first name.
