Kangakoi 7 Year Old is a single grain Japanese whisky, bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
It was made at Toyonaga Distillery in Kumamoto Prefecture and matured for seven years in sherry barrels.
Oak and sherry lead the nose, with pear and spice alongside. On the palate come nuttiness and gentle oak, with figs, dates and cherries drizzled in maple syrup, and the finish is smooth and lasting.
