The Wiseman is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Kentucky Owl, bottled at 45.4% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is the brand's new flagship and the first whiskey Kentucky Owl has produced in collaboration with Bardstown Bourbon Company.
The core is a mix of four-year-old wheated and high rye bourbons. These are blended with sourced Kentucky bourbons of five and a half and eight and a half years old, the kind of older stock the brand is known for.
