Kentucky Owl Wiseman Straight Rye is a Kentucky rye whiskey, bottled at 45.4% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is made from selected rye mash barrels blended by the Kentucky Owl master blender, and each barrel is aged in new charred American oak.
The nose brings citrus peel, oak spice and toasted rye bread. On the palate there is honey, clove and cracked black pepper, with caramel and orange zest underneath. The finish is long and spicy, with dry oak and warm cinnamon.
