Kentucky Owl The Wiseman is an 11-year-old rye whiskey, released as a limited edition at 51.4% ABV in a 75cl bottle. Batch 11 continues the Kentucky Owl line of barrel proof whiskies.
This batch was finished for one year in Bayou Mardi Gras XO casks.
The nose brings bright citrus, dark chocolate and sticky toffee. On the palate come mature oak, allspice, honeyed bread and deep cinnamon. The finish is long, with toasted oak, sultana, peppercorn and fresh thyme.
