Kentucky Owl The Wiseman is a Kentucky straight bourbon, distilled and produced by Kentucky Owl in collaboration with the Bardstown Bourbon Company. Both are based in Bardstown, Kentucky, known as the Bourbon Capital of the World.
It is a blend of several bourbons. Kentucky Owl's own 4-year-old wheated and high-rye bourbons are combined with Kentucky-sourced bourbons aged five and a half years and eight and a half years.
