Kessler Hochgewächs Rosé is a brut rosé Sekt made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It comes from Germany's oldest sparkling wine house and is the youngest Sekt in its range. It is made by the traditional method, by hand, and rests around 20 months on the lees.
The nose offers wild raspberry, redcurrant and sour cherry, with light touches of cinnamon and juniper. On the palate it is lively and fruity with a creamy mousse, fruit and acidity in balance, and a slightly spicy finish. It suits an aperitif or flavourful dishes.
