Eagle Edition is a Korean single malt from the Ki One Distillery. The eagle refers to the Korean American heritage of the distillery's founder, Brian Do, and to the birthplace of the oak used for maturation.
The whisky is aged in a combination of ex-Kentucky bourbon barrels and new American oak sourced from Missouri.
It is described as bold and robust, with familiar bourbon flavours of caramel and vanilla layered over the distillery's spicy malt.
