Kilbeggan – Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey

Kilbeggan Single Pot Still is an Irish whiskey matured exclusively in ex-bourbon barrels. It is made from unmalted barley, malted barley and 2.5% oats, double distilled in two copper pot stills at Ireland's oldest licensed distillery. The mash bill was inspired by recipes used at Kilbeggan Distillery in the late 1800s, when oats would have been grown across the Midlands of Ireland. The flavour is warming, with citrus and herbaceous notes followed by a creamy, oily pot still spice.
