Kilchoman 13 Year Old is a limited single malt from the Islay distillery, introduced in February 2025 and bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle, without chill-filtration or added colour.
The whisky is mostly ex-bourbon barrel, with a share from octaves and Calvados casks, the latter adding green apple and fresh fruit alongside maritime peat smoke.
On the nose, lemon peel, lavender and lilies sit with toffee, ripe pear and cool peat. The palate shows cherry, pineapple, toasted hazelnut and sweet brioche against clear smoke. The finish is long, with honey, light pastry and fading peat.
