Kilchoman – 16

Kilchoman 16 is an Islay single malt aged 16 years, with character drawn from both bourbon and sherry casks. The bourbon casks bring vanilla notes and the sherry casks add spice, which combine into a balanced whisky with real depth of flavour. The nose has pronounced vanilla, butterscotch and caramel, with soft peat smoke and coastal notes woven in. The palate is full in the mouth, and the finish is soft, rounded and full of flavour.
