Kilchoman 2007 is an Islay single malt matured in fresh and refill bourbon barrels, offered at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Bourbon-cask ageing brings pronounced vanilla and caramel alongside soft cooked-fruit aromas.
The palate combines butterscotch and toffee with peat smoke and gentle citrus, carrying a lingering, mouth-filling sweetness. That sweetness continues into a long finish, where peat smoke remains a clear part of the character.
