Kilchoman – Loch Gorm 2025 10 Year Old (70cl, 46%)

Kilchoman Loch Gorm 2025 is a 10 year old single malt bottled at 46% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It is named after the dark, peaty loch that the distillery overlooks. The whisky was matured for a minimum of 10 years in oloroso sherry butts previously used by Bodega Jose y Miguel Martin. Kilchoman's founder, Anthony Wills, selected 23 casks from two distillation years: 20 fresh and 3 refill. The nose brings caramelised custard tart, roasted coffee and candied ginger. The palate has honey-roasted figs, cloves and sticky toffee pudding, with a hint of smoke. The finish is lingering, savoury, smoky and earthy.
