Kilchoman Mezcal Cask Matured 2026 is a peated single malt from Islay, in a 70cl bottle. It has been matured in mezcal casks and carries no added colour and no chill filtration.
The mezcal casks bring herbal notes, warming spice and a smoky depth alongside the distillery's Islay character.
It opens with soft peat smoke and bright citrus, followed by ripe fruit, gentle spice and a lightly savoury mezcal influence.
