This is an 11 year old Islay single malt from Kilchoman, a farm distillery, and part of its core range. It is made entirely from barley grown on the distillery's own Rockside farm, lightly peated to 20 ppm.
The whisky matured in a combination of bourbon and oloroso sherry casks. It is described as a balance of light smoke, tropical fruit, citrus sweetness and pleasant spice.
