Killowen – Whiskey The Dalriadan Part 1 of 2 Btl No. 091 is an irish whiskey from Killowen. Bottled at 57.5% ABV, 50cl.
Inspired by the ancient kingdom of Dal Riata, this island fusion combines double-distilled smoky peated malt and fruity triple-distilled malt.
Bringing malts from 2 distilleries that lie within where this ancient kingdom used to be, taking an 11-year-old double-distilled peated malt distilled at Caol Ila and aged in an ex-Bourbon hogshead. Along with an 11-year-old triple-distilled malt, distilled in Ireland and finished for 3 years in Oloroso butts.
