Kinahan's Kasc Project [M] Single Malt Hybrid Cask Irish Whiskey

Kasc Project [M] is a single malt Irish whiskey matured in hybrid casks. It is described as the first Hybrid Cask single malt Irish whiskey, and it extends Kinahan's Hybrid Cask range. The bottling continues Kinahan's work with unusual, custom-made casks as a way of making whiskey in new ways. The nose offers freshly cut mango and pineapple, poached spiced pear and molasses with a hint of vanilla oak. On the palate come charred apricot, caramelised tropical fruit, sweet sun-dried Malvasia grapes and espresso-roasted sugar. The finish brings Madeira cake, more pineapple and toasted breakfast cereal, with creamy tannins.
