King Robert II is a blended Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 40%. It is named after King Robert II of Scotland and combines grain and malt whiskies matured in oak casks.
The blend is aimed at easy, everyday drinking, with a medium body and a gentle profile.
The nose is malty and sweet, with ripe apple, honeyed malt, light spice and a little oak. On the palate come creamy caramel, light dried fruit, vanilla and toasty grain. The finish is soft and lingering, with oak, spice and malt sweetness.
