This is a straight bourbon from Kings County Distillery, in a 200ml bottle. It is made from New York State organic corn (80%) and English malted barley (20%), distilled twice in copper pot stills and aged for at least three years in new charred oak barrels.
It is often named in lists of the best bourbons made outside Kentucky, and it has been described as robust for its age.
Caramel, vanilla and holiday spice run through it, alongside grain, licorice and molasses.
