Kininvie 23 Years is a Speyside single malt, bottled at 42.6% and released in small batches. It is matured for 23 years in oak casks made from staves that were left to air-dry outdoors for two years.
Oak comes first on the nose, with vanilla and caramel beneath fresh fruit and delicate floral notes. The palate is smooth, pairing sweet fruit with wood and a light touch of spice.
