Knob Creek 9 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon (50%)

Knob Creek 9 Year Old is a Kentucky straight bourbon made by Jim Beam in the USA and bottled at 100 proof, or 50% ABV. It belongs to the Small Batch Collection, which is filled and labelled by hand, and takes its name from the small Knob Creek river near the distillery. Nine years of maturation give the bourbon a copper colour. It is warm and woody, with a long, intense finish. The nose brings caramel, oak, cinnamon and vanilla. The palate is full and sweet, with maple syrup.
