Knob Creek Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a nine-year-old bourbon made in Kentucky at the Jim Beam distillery. It is a blend of selected casks, bottled at 50% ABV in keeping with pre-Prohibition tradition. Its flavour is described as dried fruit, corn cake, caramel, vanilla and dark chocolate, with spicy touches of nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger.
