Knob Creek 9 Year Old Single Barrel Reserve is a bourbon created by Booker Noe, who set out to bring back the pre-Prohibition style as part of the small batch bourbon movement.
Every barrel is aged for nine years and bottled on its own. Each one is hand-picked, so taste, colour and aroma vary slightly from barrel to barrel, depending on final age, position in the rack and other methods passed down through seven generations.
