Knob Creek Bourbon x Rye is a blend of straight whiskeys, bringing bourbon and rye together at 56.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
It is made from corn, rye and barley and aged in charred oak barrels, which give it a deep amber colour. The full-bodied richness of the bourbon is set against the spicier, more robust character of the rye.
The profile is balanced, with hints of vanilla, caramel and oak, and a peppery rye finish.
