Knob Creek – Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey (70cl, 50%)

Knob Creek Kentucky Straight Rye is a rye whiskey from the Beam house, bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle. To carry the Kentucky Straight Rye name, the mash must contain at least 51% rye. It is made in small batches. The colour is light amber with golden tones. Herbs, rye and light oak come through on the nose. The palate is spicy rye with fine vanilla and oak, and the finish is warm, soft and spicy.
