Knob Creek Small Batch is a nine-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon, in a 75cl bottle and bottled at 100 proof, which is 50% ABV.
It is made with rye, which gives a spicy, smooth flavour, and aged in deep-charred barrels. The small batch method and patient ageing are central to how it is made.
Its flavour is described as robust, with caramel, vanilla and dried fruits.
