Kokoro Spirits Four Grain is a blended American whiskey in a 750ml bottle, bottled at 56.3% ABV. It was crafted in Louisville, Kentucky by master blender Ashley Barnes, and is the first whiskey released under the Kokoro name. Only 1,080 bottles were produced.
The blend combines three different whiskies made from four mashbills.
The nose opens with baking-spiced orange creamsicle, followed by apricot jam spread over warm cinnamon toast. Brown butter, root beer and toasted marshmallow lead to a finish of challah toast.
