Kyrö Malt is a Finnish rye whisky bottled at 47.2% in a 50cl bottle. It is the first Finnish single-batch rye whisky, made from 100% malted Finnish wholegrain rye.
The spirit is double pot-distilled and aged in new American white oak casks. It won a gold medal at the IWSC in 2020.
The nose is aromatic, with vanilla, caramel, dried fruits and earthy rye. On the palate come sweet rye bread, honey and wild berries, followed by a smooth, peppery finish with caramel and mocha.
