Kyrö Game of Thrones Whisky of Fire is a limited-edition Finnish rye whisky, made by Kyrö in collaboration with the Game of Thrones series. It is distilled from 100% malted rye smoked over alder wood and freshwater peat, and bottled at 46.6% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was matured in bourbon casks and then finished in used rum casks.
The nose is delicately smoky, with toasted rye and spiced apple compote. The palate is full and complex, with smoke, a mineral character, sweet grain, juicy blackberries and a quiet hint of menthol freshness.
