Kyrö Wood Smoke is a Finnish rye whisky made from 100% malted whole-grain rye, bottled at 47.2% in a 70cl bottle.
Following an old northern tradition, the malt is smoked with alder in a 100-year-old barn. The whisky is double pot-distilled and matured in ex-bourbon barrels, French oak and new American white oak.
It is described as intensely peppery, with sweet notes of caramel and vanilla lifted by crisp alder smoke.
