L'Encantada Del Cassou is a 1998 vintage Armagnac, in a 50cl bottle at 49.1% abv.
The nose opens with toffee and fruit, creamy honey and a slightly floral note, alongside rich spices, citrus fruits, peach, hints of lime, caramel and soft shortbread.
The palate is sweet and tangy, with orange, spiced raisins, soft fruit, ginger, salted farmhouse butter, dark berries and rolled tobacco leaf. It is nutty and fruity, and leads to a long, balanced finish.
