Lagg – Kilmory Edition (70cl, 46%)

Kilmory Edition is a single malt from Lagg. Kilmory is the name of the district around the village of Lagg, where the distillery began, and Arran Distillers chose it for the first permanent Lagg single malt. It is made from Concerto barley peated to 50 ppm, with water from the distillery's own borehole, and matured entirely in first-fill ex-bourbon casks. Peat combined with the vanilla and creamy notes of American oak forms its backbone, and it follows the Lagg style of heavily peated spirit in ex-bourbon casks. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
