- Manzanilla Sherry Finish
A powerful Islay single malt whisky finished in Manzanilla sherry casks. The finish brings together maritime freshness with a dry, salty sherry note. On the nose there are peat smoke, citrus, sea salt and fine oak. The palate is full-bodied and intense, with smoke, green olives, spices and a subtle fruity sweetness. The long, spicy-salty finish underlines a characterful yet elegant style. Bottled at 57.6% ABV in a 700 ml bottle, with no colouring and no chill filtration.
