Lakes Distillery – The Quatrefoil Collection Faith (56.5%)

Faith is the first of four annual limited editions in the Quatrefoil Collection from Lakes Distillery. The series is devoted to the values at the heart of the distillery and its bond with the surrounding landscape. Faith is dedicated to the faith and courage needed to climb Striding Edge. The whisky was matured in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, then finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. It is bottled at 56.5% ABV, with natural colour and without chill-filtering, in an outturn of 3,500 bottles.
